Kip McGrath Peterborough is run by Gill Terry and her daughter Rachel Prince. We pride ourselves in providing a warm, friendly and nurturing atmosphere, whilst also striving for the best possible academic outcomes for all of our students. Our small team of DBS checked tutors are all qualified teachers.
We run two centres in Peterborough: the Peterborough North Centre on which is currently on Vicarage Farm Road in Fengate which first opened in 2016; and the Peterborough South Centre in Orton Southgate, which first opened in 2019. We currently tutor children from age 6 – 18 years up to GCSE level. We also tutor for the 11+ and School Entrance exams.
Within every 60 minute lesson we offer a personalised programme of study tailored to meet your child's unique learning needs. Each session includes a combination of written and computer-based independent activities using materials unique to Kip McGrath Centres and weekly homework.
We also work closely with local schools, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire County Council to provide tuition during school hours.
